ECCE Scheme
The Early Childhood Care and Education Scheme (ECCE) provides 2 free years of early childhood care and education for children of pre-school age. In short, children are eligible for the ECCE scheme if they are aged over 2 years 8 months before 31 August and less than 5 years 6 months on 30 June of the program year.
